Biographical Information:
He has worked in the AOC since August 1, 1991. He has a Ph.D.
in Adult Education specializing in program evaluation from the
University of Georgia, an M.Ed. from Georgia Southern University,
and an B.A. from the University of Georgia. He was a consultant
for the State Justice Institute and has worked on educational
programs for the Judicial Adult Education Project.
