The Research Division of Court Services provides answers to legislative and non-judicial legal research requests to judicial employees, State of Georgia policymakers, and other relevant stakeholders. Legal questions regarding the policies, procedures, or statutes that define the mission of the AOC and questions about contracts, agreements, or working relations with other entities are not answered by Research.
