Research Division


With leadership from the Administrative Office of the Courts of Georgia, the Research department will support the Judicial Council of Georgia by providing judicial employees, State of Georgia policymakers, and other relevant stakeholders with accurate court-related research by navigating the Official Code of Georgia and its cases; interpreting the intent of the drafters of legislation; networking to increase visibility and accessibility of resources; and encouraging unity and communication between the judicial, legislative, and executive branches of the State of Georgia.
